When it comes to picking a superintendent, the Board will most likely open an interest form or something and pick candidates from there. That is if we even decide to have a superintendent.
The reason it should be a cabinet position is because it needs to be someoneâs priority if it was to be done right. If you keep it as it is right now then youâll just end up with someone who partly wants to help leading to the inevitable inactivity.
There isnât any incentive to become or stay as the PCOL superintendent. Why would someone want to spend a bunch of time with it if they truly get nothing out of it? It takes a lot of work and if you arenât dedicated then itâll crumble like it has before.

The incentive is getting more BCAs and if people want to work their way towards SCJ or DCJ they could take more voluntary curriculums.
Youâd be getting the satisfaction that youâre doing that.
personally i think we should trust the legal experts on how pcol should be run lol
