The College is already established. If Chris wanted to be superintendent he probably could, idk

When it comes to picking a superintendent, the Board will most likely open an interest form or something and pick candidates from there. That is if we even decide to have a superintendent.

The reason it should be a cabinet position is because it needs to be someone’s priority if it was to be done right. If you keep it as it is right now then you’ll just end up with someone who partly wants to help leading to the inevitable inactivity.

There isn’t any incentive to become or stay as the PCOL superintendent. Why would someone want to spend a bunch of time with it if they truly get nothing out of it? It takes a lot of work and if you aren’t dedicated then it’ll crumble like it has before.

The incentive is getting more BCAs and if people want to work their way towards SCJ or DCJ they could take more voluntary curriculums.

You’d be getting the satisfaction that you’re doing that.
