An Emergency Amendment to “Revised National Guard Duty Act”

PREAMBLE: This amendment shall be proposed to fix the National Guard’s jurisdiction until further notice.

Section 1: An Emergency Amendment to “Revised National Guard Duty Act” shall be proposed.

Section 1A: The “Revised National Guard Duty Act” shall be defined as: Revised National Guard Duty Act

Section 2: Section 4a currently reads:

a) When the National Guard, excluding the Coast Guard, is not deployed, its jurisdiction shall be considered as the Base.

Section 3: Section 4a shall be amended to state:

a) When the National Guard, excluding the Coast Guard, is not deployed, its jurisdiction shall be considered as the town of Greendale.

Section 4: This shall go into effect immediately after passing the constitutional process.
