AN EMERGENCY AMENDMENT TO OUR NEW GRP
Be it enacted by the State of Firestone Congress here assembled that:
SECTION 1: The GRP shall be defined as: Firestone Courts _ General Rules of Procedure _ Easy Access PDF.pdf - Google Drive
SECTION 2: Section 5, Rule 6, Subsection C, Part IV shall be amended to state:
- “Motion to admit evidence may be submitted by either party before trial. See Rule 15(b.ii).”
SECTION 3: Section 5, Rule 15, Subsection B, Part II shall be declared null and void.
SECTION 4: Upon passage and met with the signature of the Governor, it shall take immediate effect.
