An Amendment to Traffic Revision Act Part 4 to help DoBW
BE IT ENACTED BY THE STATE OF FIRESTONE CONGRESS HERE ASSEMBLED THAT:
SECTION 1: Firestone Traffic Revision Act [Part 4], Chapter 9 section 1, sub-section 4 currently states: “DOT and DPW workers shall be exempt from this Act if they are conducting street maintenance, road closures, or other activities related to their official duties. They must however conduct these activities in a safe manner and may not unnecessarily break traffic laws that aren’t directly for the purposes of maintenance or other road closures.”
SECTION 2: Firestone Traffic Revision Act [Part 4], Chapter 9 section 1, sub-section 4 will be amended to state: “DOT, DPW, and DoBW workers shall be exempt from this Act if they are conducting street maintenance, road closures, or other activities related to their official duties. They must however conduct these activities in a safe manner and may not unnecessarily break traffic laws that aren’t directly for the purposes of maintenance or other road closures.”
Section 3: The “Firestone Traffic Revision Act [Part 4]” shall be defined as the following: Firestone Traffic Revision Act [Part 4]
SECTION 4: This legislation shall be brought into law, given that it follows the procedures to do so, as outlined by the Constitution.
