An Amendment to the Uniformed Control of Firearms Act to Allow the Appointed Judge to Review CFL Applications

Be it enacted by the Senate and the House of Representatives of the State of Firestone in Congress assembled,

§1. Title
(a) This Act shall be known, and may be cited as, “An Amendment to the Uniformed Control of Firearms Act to Allow the Appointed Judge to Review CFL Applications”.

§2. Enactment
(a) This Act shall go into effect as an Act of Congress upon completing the processes constitutionally required.

§3. Severability
(a) Should any part of this Act be struck down and/or declared unenforceable, then that part shall be severed with the rest remaining in full force and effect unless all is struck down and/or declared unenforceable.

§4. Enforcement
(a) This resolution shall be enforced by any relevant parties.

§5. Definitions
(a) “The Uniformed Control of Firearms Act” shall be defined as Trello .

§6. Amendments
(a) Chapter 1, Section 2, Subsection d of The Uniformed Control of Firearms Act currently states:

“The Chief Court Justice will appoint a judge of any state circuit to the FFC upon opening of the position. This judge will not review applications, but is to serve as an overwatch position to ensure impartiality and prevent bias/corruption. This person, unlike the developer, will be allowed to vote in FFC decisions.“

(b) Chapter 1, Section 2, Subsection d of The Uniformed Control of Firearms Act shall now state:
