An Amendment to the Fair Pay Act

BE IT ENACTED BY THE STATE OF FIRESTONE CONGRESS HERE ASSEMBLED THAT:

SECTION 1.1: Section 2A of the ‘Fair Pay Act’ shall be amended.

SECTION 1.2: The ‘Fair Pay Act’ shall be defined as: Fair Pay Act

SECTION 2: Section 2A of the ‘Fair Pay Act’ shall now state,

“SECTION 2A. The wages for Governmental positions are as follows:
(a) The Governor shall receive a wage of $40.
(b) The Lieutenant Governor shall receive a wage of $39.
© The Speaker of the House shall receive a wage of $37.
(d) The Chief Court Justice shall receive a wage of $37.
(e) The Cabinet shall receive a wage of $35.
(f) The Senate shall receive a wage of $18.
(g) The House of Representatives shall receive a wage of $18.
(h) The Judges of all State Courts (only State – not County or City Courts), shall
receive a wage of $31.
(i) The County Executive shall receive a wage of $23.
(j) All County Government Officials, City Government Officials, including City
Mayors and County & City Court Judges shall receive a wage of $22.
(k) The Capitol Staff shall receive a wage of $22.
(l) The Sub-Cabinet shall receive a wage of $22.”

SECTION 3: This legislation shall go into effect immediately after passing both chambers and signed into law by the Governor.
