An Amendment to the 'Arbitration Act of 2020'

AN AMENDMENT TO THE ‘ARBITRATION ACT OF 2020’

BE IT ENACTED BY THE STATE OF FIRESTONE CONGRESS HERE ASSEMBLED THAT:


SECTION 1: The legislation being amended shall be recognized as: The Arbitration Practice Establishment Act of 2020

SECTION 2: Section (2), Subsection (a), Part (1.1) shall be amended to state: "All arbitration hearings must occur in a closed environment to protect the nature of the hearing and prevent any external forces or entities to interfere with this process. However, if both parties waive such privacy through contract prior to the arbitration hearing, the hearing would occur publicly.

SECTION 3: Upon passage of this amendment within both legislative chambers and officially signed into law, this will take effect once ‘The Arbitration Practice Establishment Act of 2020’ is effective law, if the act is already effective law upon this amendment’s passage and signing, this amendment would take immediate effect.
