An Amendment to Protect Businesses

BE IT ENACTED BY THE STATE OF FIRESTONE CONGRESS HERE ASSEMBLED THAT:

SECTION 1: Subsection a3 shall be added to Chapter 1, Section 5 of the Firestone Criminal Code.

SECTION 2: Chapter 1, Section 5, subsection a3 of the Firestone Criminal Code shall state, " (a3) Impersonation shall also be the act of wearing the official uniform of a business licensed by the Department of Commerce or otherwise claiming to be employed by the said business when they are actually not. Any official uniforms for commerce licensed businesses must be approved by appropriate officer(s) of the Department of Commerce, which shall be determined by the Secretary."

SECTION 3: This legislation shall be enforced by all law enforcement agencies as well as the court, and shall go into effect immediately after completing the constitutional procedure required.
