An Amendment to Help SCFD
BE IT ENACTED BY THE STATE OF FIRESTONE CONGRESS HERE ASSEMBLED THAT:
PREAMBLE: The Stapleton County Government has a much more comprehensive SCFD trespassing/loitering law then what is on the criminal code currently.
SECTION 1: Chapter 3, Section 8, subsection b7 of the Firestone Criminal Code shall be declared null and void.
SECTION 2: Chapter 3, Section 9, subsection b6 of the Firestone Criminal Code shall be declared null and void.
SECTION 3: This legislation shall be enforced by all law enforcement agencies as well as the courts.
SECTION 4: This legislation shall go into effect immediately after completing the constitutional procedure required.
