An Amendment to Help Commerce
BE IT ENACTED BY THE CONGRESS HERE ASSEMBLED THAT:
SECTION 1A: Section 4 of the ‘Employment Positions Act of 2019 (R)’ shall be amended.
SECTION 1B: The ‘Employment Positions Act of 2019 (R)’ shall be defined as: Employment Positions Act of 2019 (R)
SECTION 2: Section 4 of the ‘Employment Positions Act of 2019 (R)’ currently states,
"A Secondary Position shall be recognized as being employed in any of the following agencies/departments- unless explicitly dictated.
Department of Health
Department of Transportation
Department of Public Works
Department of Commerce
Department of Corrections
The Stapleton County Government
Department of State
Department of Justice
Department of Public Safety
Firestone Park Services"
SECTION 3: Section 4 of the ‘Employment Positions Act of 2019 (R)’ shall now state,
"A Secondary Position shall be recognized as being employed in any of the following agencies/departments- unless explicitly dictated.
Department of Health
Department of Transportation
Department of Public Works
Department of Corrections
The Stapleton County Government
Department of State
Department of Justice
Department of Public Safety
Firestone Park Services"
SECTION 4: Section 5 of the 'Employment Positions Act of 2019 (R) shall be amended.
SECTION 5: Section 5 of the 'Employment Positions Act of 2019 (R) currently states,
"A Voluntary Position shall be recognized as being employed in any of the following agencies/departments- unless explicitly dictated.
Firestone National Guard
Department of Aviation
Peace Officer Standards & Training
Firestone Fire Academy"
SECTION 6: Section 5 of the ‘Employee Positions Act of 2019 (R)’ shall now state,
"A Voluntary Position shall be recognized as being employed in any of the following agencies/departments- unless explicitly dictated.
Firestone National Guard
Department of Aviation
Peace Officer Standards & Training
Firestone Fire Academy
Department of Commerce"
SECTION 7: This legislation shall be enforced by the Executive Branch of the State of Firestone Government, and shall go into effect immediately after completing the constitutional procedure required.
