IN THE SENATE OF THE STATE OF FIRESTONE

AN AMENDMENT TO FIX EMPLOYMENT ACT OF 2023


         Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the State of Firestone in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. TITLE
    (a) This Bill may be shall as the “Amendment to Fix Employment Act of 2023”.

SECTION 2. ENACTMENT
    (a) This Bill shall go into effect as an Act of Congress upon the completion of the constitutionally required processes.

SECTION 3. SEVERABILITY
    (a) Should any part of this Act be struck down and/or declared unenforceable, then that part shall be severed with the rest remaining in full force and effect unless all is struck down and/or declared unenforceable.

SECTION 4. DEFINITIONS
    (a) “Employment Act of 2023” shall be defined as: Employment Act of 2023

SECTION 5. ADDITIONS/AMENDMENT
    (a) Section 13(k) the Employment Act of 2023 currently does not exist, but created and amended to state: “No individual shall hold more than two (2) secondary positions.

    (b) Section 9(a)(iii) of the Employment Act of 2023 currently states: “Firestone Park Service;”

    (c) Section 9(a)(iii) of the Employment Act of 2023 shall now state: “Firestone Park Service — when Stapleton County v3 is the main version;

    (d) Section 11(vii) of the Employment Act of 2023 currently states: “the Stapleton County Port Authority.”

    (e) Section 11(vii) of the Employment Act of 2023 shall now state: “the Stapleton County Port Authority, — when Stapleton County v3 is the main version.
