An Amendment to Fix Aiding and Abetting
BE IT ENACTED BY THE STATE OF FIRESTONE CONGRESS HERE ASSEMBLED THAT:
PREAMBLE. Currently, a part of this law creates a major loophole. This legislation fixes the loophole.
SECTION I. The Criminal Code Revision Act (R) shall be amended.
SECTION IA. The “Criminal Code Revision Act (R)” is defined as:
SECTION II. Chapter 4, Section 9, Sub-section a1 (or as prescribed) currently states: The act of aiding and abetting shall be the act of being involved in the commission of a crime, and playing an active part in it’s commission, failing to report the occurrence of such offense to the relevant authorities, or failing to otherwise reasonably attempt to prevent the crime from occuring- when such crime occurring involves the subject, and the subject has ample opportunity to attempt to do so.
SECTION III. SECTION IV. This legislation shall go into effect after following the Constitutional procedure required.
