An Amendment to Establish Security in DOC

BE IT ENACTED BY THE STATE OF FIRESTONE CONGRESS HERE ASSEMBLED THAT:

SECTION 1: Section XIV of the Bill of Rights shall be amended.

SECTION 1A: The ‘Bill of Rights’ shall be defined as: Bill of Rights of the State of Firestone (1).pdf - Google Drive

SECTION 2: Section XIV of the Bill of Rights shall now state,

“Citizens can be frisked or searched by law enforcement agencies only when a law enforcement officer has probable cause to do so. It is illegal to not stop for law enforcement. Search or seizure on grounds of ethnicity, religion or political beliefs is illegal. Private properties cannot be searched by law enforcement without a search warrant, although in an emergency - where there is probable cause that life or property is in danger - law enforcement officers may enter private properties. Citizens cannot enter restricted government property before undergoing security inspections. Law enforcement shall not be restricted to deny any entrance of a citizen on a restricted government property if the officer has reasonable grounds. This right shall not apply to those who are incarcerated.”

SECTION 3: This legislation shall be enforced by all law enforcement agencies as well as the courts.

SECTION 4: This legislation shall go into effect immediately upon passing both chambers.
