An Amendment to Eliminate Minimum Wage
PREAMBLE: To eliminate “Business Minimum Wage” .
BE IT ENACTED BY THE STATE OF FIRESTONE CONGRESS HERE ASSEMBLED THAT:
SECTION 1: The Fair Pay Act shall be amended
SECTION 1A: The Fair Pay Act shall be defined as Fair Pay Act
SECTION 2: The Fair Pay Act shall be amended.
SECTION 2A. Section 5 of The Fair Pay Act shall be declared null and void.
SECTION 3: This legislation shall be enforced by the Governor of the State of Firestone.
SECTION 4: This legislation will take full effect immediately after passing both chambers of congress and signage of the Governor.
