BE IT ENHANCED THE STATE OF FIRESTONE CONGRESS THAT:

PREAMBLE: This amendment is being proposed in order to allow the Department of Commerce more flexibly in terms of payment for billboards and other assets in game. Regulations on this should be defined in law instead of the Bill of Rights.

§ SECTION I: Section IX of the Firestone Bill of Rights currently states: “Citizens shall never be asked to pay any obligatory taxes to the State of Firestone, neither shall businesses ever be asked by the Department of Commerce to pay any kind of rent or one-time payment. However, citizens will have to pay a fee if they break a law and are cited appropriately by a law enforcement officer.”

§ SECTION III: Section IX of the Firestone Bill of Rights shall now state: “Citizens shall never be asked to pay any obligatory taxes to the State of Firestone. ,neither shall businesses ever be asked by the Department of Commerce to pay any kind of rent or one-time payment. § SECTION IV: This legislation shall be overseen by the Governor of Firestone.

§ SECTION V: This legislation shall go into effect immediately after completing the constitutional procedure required.
