AN AMENDMENT
TO
TO AUTHORIZE DPW FOR IMPOUND LOT DUMPSTER
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the State of Firestone in Congress assembled,
§1. TITLE
(a) This act shall be known, and may be cited as, “An Amendment to Authorize DPW for Impound Lot Dumpster”.
§2. DEFINITIONS
(a) The “Firestone Criminal Code” shall be defined as this.
§3. AMENDMENTS
(a) Chapter 3, Section 8 subsection c8 of the Firestone Criminal Code does not exist, but shall be created and state:
“Authorized Firestone Department of Public Works personnel shall be exempt from subsection b17.”
§4. ENFORCEMENT
(a) This Act shall be enforced by any relevant parties.
§5. SEVERABILITY
(a) Should any part of this Act be struck down and/or declared unenforceable, then that part shall be severed with the rest remaining in full force and effect unless all is struck down and/or declared unenforceable.
