An Actual Amendment to a Bill to Require Forum Format

Preamble
This will remove the constraints of the executive branch needing to follow the format as well as the forums being clogged with non-legislative pieces. This is being re-proposed due to a clerical error with not putting this on the Firestone Forums.
THE PEOPLE OF ARBORFIELD ENACT THE FOLLOWING
Section 1.
This document shall be legally empowered and binding upon the completion of
the process set out by the City Charter.
Section 2.
Should any part of this document be struck down and/or declared unenforceable, then that part shall be severed with the rest remaining in full force and effect unless all is struck down and/or declared unenforceable.
Section 3.
“A Bill to Require Forum Format” shall be defined here.
Section 4.
Section 4 of “A Bill to Require Format” currently states,
“Any submissions of legislation, resolutions, impeachments, expulsions,
amendments, mayoral decrees, nominations, and other legal documents pertaining to the City of Arborfield’s Legislative branch or its Executive branch, as prescribed by the City Charter, shall not be accepted unless presented in a Firestone Forums post under the designated category.”
Section 5.
Section 4 of “A Bill to Require Forum Format” shall be amended to state,
City of Arborfield: Ordinance
“Any submissions of legislation, resolutions, impeachments, expulsions, amendments, mayoral decrees, nominations, and other legal documents pertaining to the City of Arborfield’s Legislative branch or its Executive branch, as prescribed by the City Charter, shall not be accepted unless presented in a Firestone Forums post under the designated category.”
