An Act to Promote Competent Legislators
BE IT ENACTED BY THE STATE OF FIRESTONE CONGRESS HERE ASSEMBLED THAT:
Section I: A Bill to Finalize Employment Regulations shall be amended.
Section II: Section 6A of the aforementioned legislation shall be amended to state:
“SECTION 6A: Governor, Lieutenant Governor, Speaker of the House, Chief Court Justice, Cabinet (except: when allowed below), Senator, House of Representatives, County Executive, Supreme Court Justice, District Court Justice, Appeals Justice, and County Justice.”
Section III: Section 4 of the aforementioned legislation shall be amended to state:
"SECTION 4: A secondary department shall be defined as any of the following departments:
Department of Health
Department of Transportation
Department of Public Works
Department of Commerce
Department of Corrections
The Stapleton County Government
Department of State
Department of Justice
Department of Public Safety
The Firestone State Legislature- only including the positions of Senator and House of Representatives. Person(s) holding the aforementioned positions may not serve in another secondary position, as outlined earlier, but may hold one primary position and unlimited voluntary positions. "
Section IV: A strikethrough shall represent material to be removed from the legislation.
