An Act to Officialize Lockdowns
BE IT ENACTED BY THE STATE OF FIRESTONE CONGRESS HERE ASSEMBLED THAT:
Section I. The Firestone Criminal Code shall be amended.
Section IA. In this legislation, the term “Firestone Criminal Code” shall be defined as:
Criminal Code Revision Act (R) - State Legislature - State of Firestone Forums.
Section II. Chapter 3, Section 8 sub-section (b2) of the Firestone Criminal Code shall have a sub-section added under it titled “(b2a)”. b2a which shall state the following: “(b2a) When access to the areas marked in red within this screenshot is restricted in accordance with Art. 5 § 5 of the Constitution no person shall enter or reside within such areas marked in red for any reason without the authorization of authorized personnel of the Firestone National Guard.”
Section III. Chapter 3, Section 8 sub-section (b6a) of the Firestone Criminal Code shall now state: “(b6a) When access to the areas marked in red within this screenshot is restricted in accordance with Art. 5 § 5 of the Constitution no person shall enter or reside within such areas marked in red for any reason without the authorization of authorized personnel of the Department of Homeland Security.”
Section IV. Chapter 3, Section 8 sub-section (b3) of the Firestone Criminal Code shall have a sub-section added under it titled “(b3a)”. b3a shall state the following: “(b3a) When access to the areas marked in red within this screenshot is restricted in accordance with Art. 5 § 5 of the Constitution no person shall enter or reside within such areas marked in red for any reason without the authorization of authorized personnel of the Department of Corrections.”
Section V. Chapter 3, Section 8 sub-section (b3) of the Firestone Criminal Code shall have a sub-section added under it titled “(b3b)”. b3b shall state the following: “(b3b) When access to the areas marked in red within this screenshot is restricted in accordance with Art. 5 § 5 of the Constitution no person shall enter or reside within such areas marked in red for any reason without the authorization of authorized personnel of the Department of Corrections.”
Section VI. Chapter 3, Section 8 sub-section (b3) of the Firestone Criminal Code shall have a sub-section added under it titled “(b3c)”. b3c shall state the following: “(b3c) When access to the areas marked in red within this screenshot is restricted in accordance with Art. 5 § 5 of the Constitution no person shall enter or reside within such areas marked in red for any reason without the authorization of authorized personnel of the Department of Corrections.”
Section VII. Chapter 3, Section 9 subsection (b) of the Firestone Criminal Code shall have a subclause entitled “(b15)” created under it. This clause shall state: “(b15) When access to the areas marked in red within this screenshot is restricted in accordance with Art. 5 § 5 of the Constitution no person shall linger/wait within the areas duly marked in yellow within this screenshot for any reason without the authorization of authorized personnel of the Department of Homeland Security.”
Section VIII. This legislation shall go into effect immediately after passing into law following the Constitutional procedure required. This act shall be referred to as “An Act to Officialize Lockdowns”.
Section IX. Should any provision of this legislation be declared unconstitutional and enjoined from enforcement by any judicial body the remaining parts of this legislation that were not declared unconstitutional and enjoined shall remain in full force and effect.
