A Bill to Prevent Unlicensed Flying
BE IT ENACTED BY THE FIRESTONE CONGRESS HERE ASSEMBLED THAT:
Section 1: The crime “Operating an Aircraft Without a License” shall hereby be illegal.
SECTION 2: “Operating an Aircraft Without a License” shall be defined as: To be the pilot in command of an aircraft while not holding the appropriate current Firestone Department of Aviation certification for the aircraft type being operated.
SECTION 2A: The Firestone Department of Aviation shall be defined as: https://www.roblox.com/my/groups.aspx?gid=2890690
SECTION 3: Operating an Aircraft Without a License shall be punishable by an arrest of 900 seconds, and should an individual be convicted in a court of law under this act, should be punished by a maximum of 30 minutes in prison.
SECTION 4: Operating an Aircraft Without a License shall be considered a felony in the state of Firestone.
SECTION 6: All law enforcement agencies and the courts shall enforce this legislation.
SECTION 7: This legislation shall go into effect immediately after passage from both chambers of Congress and signed by the Governor.
