Mr. JoshLocke (for himself) introduced the following act:
AN ACT
To define non-essential services as set out in C.IV.I.II
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the State of Firestone in Congress assembled,
§1 SHORT TITLE
(a) This act shall be known, and may be cited as, “An act to define non-essential services”.
§2 ENACTMENT
(a) This act shall go into effect as an Act of Congress upon the completion of the constitutionally required processes.
§3 SEVERABILITY
(a) Should any part of this Act be struck down and/or declared unenforceable, then that part shall be severed with the rest remaining in full force and effect unless all is struck down and/or declared unenforceable.
§4. ENFORCEMENT
(a) This act shall be enforced by any relevant parties.
§5 ESTABLISHMENT OF NON-ESSENTIAL DEPARTMENTS
(a) Non-essential services as set out in the State of Firestone Constitution shall be defined as:
- Firestone Department of Public Works
- Firestone Department of Transportation
- Firestone Department of Boating and Waterways
- Firestone Department of Aviation
- Firestone Park Service
- Firestone Department of Commerce
- Stapleton County Port Authority
(b) During a State of Emergency, the Governor may suspend all or some operations from the aforementioned departments listed in Section 5(a).
