A Resolution to Fix the motion to call the council
BE IT ENACTED BY THE DISTRICT OF PROMINENCE COUNCIL HERE ASSEMBLED THAT:
PREAMBLE
The current motion to call the council actually calls on members to be absent rather then attend sessions.
SECTION 1
Council motions shall be defined as those found at “ A Resolution to Establish Council Motions.pdf
SECTION 1A. Opening Motions currently reads
i. Motion to call the council (4⁄5)
a. Compels the absence of all online members of the council in session not present within the chamber, including those online and not in-game.
SECTION 1A.
Opening Motions shall be amended to read
i. Motion to call the council (4⁄5)
a.“Compels all online members of the council that aren’t present within the chamber–including those online and not in-game to attend”
SECTION 2
This District Ordinance shall go into effect immediately upon passing the legal processes as described by the District Charter.
