as a guy who is a great admirer of DPS, and probably their biggest fan, I can say that tony isn’t that bad. he doesn’t dictating every little thing that departments do like previous administrations have done.

This is literally the most stupid thing.
If you think what tony does in his own discord is unprofessional, you should see the DOD Discord back when it was active, shit had no rules in place besides the very basic ones that could get you fuckin sued and it was a fuck around, god you look at any Department’s inter-department communications and its all a shit show. from the National Guards Discord (Which has been a shit show since its creation in 16`) to FSP’s Chat to SCSO’s, we are allowed to have fun within our own discords and no one should be fucking fired over it.

I agree with a lot of what you said minus that tony is the only person in firestone who can handle the job. DPS has had a lot of problems in the past, whilst he probably shouldn’t use the DPS discord to attack another department for banning him beyond that I’m not seeing what the problem is here. If you had actual proof of Tony doing something let letting cases pass by because they’re his friends and so fourth I’d be with you Mr petitioner. Otherwise I don’t see anything here that proves what you’re saying, with that being said I also understand a lot of things that could be considered evidence may be classified. Either way, there isn’t even enough here to do a news story if I was doing my show rn.

To all those people saying it’s discord it shouldn’t matter. Discords used plenty to cause other people problems including lower members. So lets stop pretending that because it’s discord it doesn’t matter. Criminals, lower ranks and the like find themselves on the back end of discord evidence a lot.

I think that tony is doing a fine job overall.
Removing him at this point would be a mistake (since he has not to my knowledge - violated the law or caused any serious ethical issues).
I do wish to point out that previous DPS admins have been hated by the community due to their stampeding over various departments. Tony doesn’t seem to conduct himself in such a manner.
Although, some work could be done to improve the quality of the investigations (or at least the final paperwork).

Ngl @t1dtony is the only suitable person to fit that Secretary position after recent standard within the past. He is constantly prepared to take on whatever is coming his way. Attacking him this way is not the answer having a reasonable discussion should have happened before leading to extreme digression. I actually see no proven point to remove this talented individual.

can confirm back in 2017 era of dhs crt discord, ss discord, and dhs discord.
was a literal middle school lunchroom fight, no one cared whatsoever that happened in that discord unless if i.e treason, conspiracy, leaking information, etc etc.
i used to sit in comms channel 1 [or whatever its name was] w/ randomlaw, krotonix, etc and whomever and bullshit around until shit got serious. no one cared because it was our respective discords for our departments.

Department employees don’t have to be in the Department of Public Safety discord and neither do you so what are you going to get out of this? I assume nothing, right so the proof stated above just proves the fact that he jokes around and being himself. Yes, he ban a few DPW HICOMM from the DPS discord and then ordered people to spam the role but that’s has nothing to do with it thought. That’s a situation that’s between DPW and tony himself and you shouldn’t be getting into or attempt to as it’s over and done with it.

I do see Tony doing his job well, just he needs to be a little more competent in what he this. This means actually looking into a case well, but as of right now, he should stay in his position.
