Section 2: Lying to a officer shall be defined as: Lying on purpose about a alleged crime that was committed by he/she or someone else in order to get away with the crime or in order to frame someone else by lying to a officer. The punishment of this crime shall be stated in section 2A of this bill
Section 2A: Lying to an officer shall be given a prison time of no less than 200 and no more than 300
Section 3: The Firestone Courts shall oversee this bill and the Stapleton County Sherrifs Office, Firestone State Patrol, Department of Homeland Security, and the Department of Corrections shall enforce this bill

Miranda rights advice you of your constitutional rights mate. The statement you just quoted advises them against self incrimination. Also, a contract requires the agreement of both parties; furthermore inmates and detainees don’t have the power to consent to certain legal actions.
