  • stop making “petition” threads which are really just a thread of a bill you wrote

  • do some research on bills before you attempt making them

No, it isn’t you dote. Perjury requires you to take an oath or sign certain binding contracts. I can show you the United States Code if you don’t believe me.

The miranda rights are is “like” a contract

This is unconstitutional!

Miranda rights advice you of your constitutional rights mate. The statement you just quoted advises them against self incrimination. Also, a contract requires the agreement of both parties; furthermore inmates and detainees don’t have the power to consent to certain legal actions.

Then why not let this petition go by? You are saying its unconstitutional yet I haven’t seen anything to back it up.

@JamesDitomosso Says the one who legit argued that Congress has no jurisdiction over County Gov’t yet have complete legislative power

Citizens have the right to free speech and have the right to remain silent, thus, you cannot force a citizen to answer any questions forcibly.

You are another set of retarded because congress doesn’t have power over everything, dumbass.

Honestly there is a charge called failure to comply, giving an officer false information can be classified as failure to comply, therefor this isn’t needed.
