A JOINT RESOLUTION TO RECONSIDER AMENDMENT REQUIREMENTS

Be it enacted by the State of Firestone Congress here assembled,
§ 1. TITLE
(a) This Resolution shall be known as, and may be cited as, the “Joint Resolution to Reconsider Amendment Requirements”.
§ 2. ENACTMENT
(a) This Resolution shall go into effect upon the completion of the constitutionally required processes.
§ 3. SEVERABILITY
(a) Should any part of this Resolution be struck down and/or declared unenforceable, then that part shall be severed with the rest remaining in full force and effect unless all is struck down and/or declared unenforceable.
§ 4. DEFINITIONS
(a) For the purposes of this Resolution, ‘Joint Resolution to Improve Amendments’ shall be defined as: https://forums.stateoffirestone.com/t/19106
§ 5. REPEALMENTS
(b) Section 2B of the Joint Resolution to Improve Amendments shall be repealed. Accordingly, Congresspersons shall be encouraged - but not mandated - to indicate in their proposals the current/previous version of legislation amended.
(a) Section 2C of the Joint Resolution to Improve Amendments shall be repealed. Accordingly, Congresspersons shall be encouraged - but not mandated - to indicate in their proposals wherein changes have been made to legislation amended.
