A Joint Resolution to Keep Records
BE IT ENACTED THAT THE FIRESTONE CONGRESS HERE ASSEMBLED THAT:
Preamble: Since the Clerk of each Chamber has no true function or purpose, this Resolution shall give them that.
SECTION 1: A Journal of Record shall be established and shall contain records pertaining to the sessions of Congress. The Journal can be found on a Trello made public to the citizens.
SECTION 2: The Journal of Record shall contain: Date & Time of Sessions Convening and Adjourning; Attendance; Motions; Votes; and Orders of the presiding officer.
SECTION 2A: The Journal shall not contain transcripts of speeches by Members; and Specific oration that is irrelevant to the record.
SECTION 3: The Presiding Officers of the State of Firestone shall enforce this Resolution.
