A House Resolution to Expel Representative OliverSteph
BE IT ENACTED BY THE STATE OF FIRESTONE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES HERE ASSEMBLED THAT:
SECTION 1: Representative OliverSteph shall be expelled from the House of Representatives for accruing three unexcused absences as recorded by the House Clerk on the House Attendance Sheet as mandated by A House Resolution to Establish Warnings and by recommendation from the House of Representatives Standing Rules.
SECTION 2: Representative OliverSteph shall be defined as Roblox user “OliverSteph”.
SECTION 3: This resolution shall be enforced by the Speaker of the House and the Speaker pro tempore.
SECTION 4: This resolution shall go into effect upon completion of the requirements laid out in Article I.IV.V of the State of Firestone Constitution.
