A House Resolution to Establish Warnings

BE IT ENACTED BY THE STATE OF FIRESTONE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES HERE ASSEMBLED THAT:

SECTION 1: Activity warnings and Troublecausing warnings shall be established.

SECTION 2A: Activity warnings shall be given out to Representatives that do not appear for a session, and have not told the Speaker of The House or Speaker Pro Tempore that they would be missing the session.

SECTION 2B: Activity warnings shall not be given out to users who miss emergency sessions or sessions without notice of at least one (1) day prior.

SECTION 2C: Activity warnings shall not be given out to users on Inactivity Notice.

SECTION 2D: Troublecausing warnings shall be given out to Representatives that cause trouble during the session.

SECTION 2E: Troublecausing warnings MUST be given out to Representatives that are ejected from the session.

SECTION 2F: Troublecausing warnings MAY be appealed, in which the appeal will be heard by the members of the House, and a vote will be cast to see if the warning should stay.

SECTION 2G: If any Representative receives three (3) warnings of any kind, that Representative is to be subject to being expelled for inactivity or unprofessionalism, depending on which three warnings they’ve received.

SECTION 2H: If any Representative receives three (3) warnings in BOTH categories, the Representative is immediately expelled from the House and is barred from all of Congress.

SECTION 3: The Speaker of The House and Speaker Pro Tempore shall enforce this resolution.

SECTION 4: This resolution shall go into effect immediately.

SECTION 5: All laws in conflict with this legislation are hereby declared null and void.
