A Bill to Require Citizenship to Obtain a CFL


BE IT ENACTED BY THE STATE OF FIRESTONE CONGRESS HERE ASSEMBLED THAT:

SECTION I. The UCFA shall be amended.

SECTION IA. In this legislation, the term “UCFA” shall be defined as:

The Uniformed Control of Firearms Act - State Legislature - State of Firestone Forums

SECTION II. Chapter I, Section IX of the UCFA shall now state: “Section Nine: Firstly, an individual must attend a Civilian Firearms Certification Training (CFCT) hosted by a certified individual determined by the Attorney General and said individuals kept public record. This class shall, in detail, discuss and review this act, as well as any other active firearms legislation. They must be passed by the host, and be summarily background checked. An individual may not be passed by a CFCT class, be granted a CFL generally, or maintain a CFL if they have a felony arrest or conviction on record or are not a citizen. All CFCT certifications shall be documented and kept by the Department of Justice, as public record.”

SECTION III. This legislation shall go into effect upon completing the Constitutional procedure required.
