A BILL TO RECTIFY THE DIRTY EARNINGS ACT (R)

BE IT ENACTED BY THE STATE OF FIRESTONE CONGRESS HERE ASSEMBLED THAT:
SECTION 1: This Act shall go into effect as an Act of Congress upon the completion of the constitutionally required processes.
SECTION 2: Should any part of this Act be stuck down and/or declared unenforceable, then that part shall be severed with the rest remaining in full force and effect unless all is struck down and/or declared unenforceable.
SECTION 3: This Act shall be implemented by the Criminal Code Revision Act Manager and enforced by all Law Enforcement Officers of the State of Firestone.
SECTION 4: For the purposes of this Act—
(I) The ‘Firestone Criminal Code’, as described by the Criminal Code Revision Act (R), shall be defined as: https://trello.com/b/EGN3OQzQ.
(II) The ‘Dirty Earnings Act’ shall be defined as: https://forums.stateoffirestone.com/t/dirty-earnings-act-r/15734.
SECTION 5: (I) Section IV (b) shall be amended:
(II) Section IV (b) currently states: The act of the possession of dirty money shall be the act of possessing any amount of an item that is entitled “Dirty Money” that is held within the inventory of an individual. For the purposes of this act, the legislature is specifically referring to the item added to an induvial’s inventory after the successful completion of an ATM or Bank Robbery within this game: Stapleton County, Firestone - Roblox
(III) Section IV (b) shall be amended to state: The act of the possession of dirty money shall be the act of possessing any amount of an item that is entitled “Dirty Money” that is held within the inventory of an individual. For the purposes of this act, the legislature is specifically referring to the item added to an individual’s inventory after the successful completion of an ATM Robbery, Store Robbery or Bank Robbery within this game: Stapleton County, Firestone - Roblox
SECTION 6: For the purposes of this Act, ‘A Bill to Rectify the Dirty Earnings Act (R)’ shall be defined as: https://forums.stateoffirestone.com/t/a-bill-to-rectify-the-dirty-earnings-act-r/22633.
