A BILL
to Recognize the Recreational Usage of Firearms within the Iron Sights Shooting Range of the City of Arborfield
BE IT ENACTED BY THE STATE OF FIRESTONE CONGRESS HERE ASSEMBLED THAT:
SECTION 1.
(a) This legislation may be regarded as “A Bill to Recognize the Iron Sights Range for Recreational Purposes” for short.
(b) In this legislation, the term “recreational use” and “recreational usage” is defined by Section 1C and its subparts of the Firearm Usage and Limitations Act, found here: https://forum.roblox.com/Forum/ShowPost.aspx?PostID=218821006
SECTION 2.
(a) The Iron Sights Shooting Range within the City of Arborfield shall be recognized as an official public Shooting Range of the State of Firestone.
(b) The Iron Sights Shooting Range shall be open for public use for recreational usage of legally obtained firearms, though no individual with a warrant nor wanted by law enforcement shall be permitted to utilize it.
(c) There shall be a set of regulations that all individuals utilizing the Iron Sights Shooting Range must follow, as follows:
(i) No individual may utilize their weapon within the Iron Sights Shooting Range
should there be an individual or unauthorized object located within the
range itself, possibly obstructing the clear view of a target.
(ii) No individual may position oneself within a range of the Iron Sights
Shooting Range, possibly obstructing the clear view, without a plausible
reason.
(iii) No individual may utilize the Iron Sights Shooting Range should it not be
under certain light: utilizing said shooting range under darkness is
forbidden.
(iv) All individuals wishing to utilize the Iron Sights Shooting Range may only
use their weapon under a valid booth provided, only firing their weapon to
the provided target for said designated booth.
(v) No individual may bring out and/or utilize their weapon, without a plausible
reason, while not under a valid booth provided.
(d) Should any individual fail to follow the regulations set within Section 2(c) of this legislation, said individual shall be charged with misuse of “recreational use” – further set within Section 1C(b) and its subparts of the Firearms Usage and Limitations Act, found here: https://forum.roblox.com/Forum/ShowPost.aspx?PostID=218821006
SECTION 3. This legislation shall be overseen by the Governor and enforced by all law enforcement agencies of Firestone.
SECTION 4. This legislation shall go into effect immediately.
SECTION 5. All laws in conflict with this legislation are hereby declared null and void.
