A Bill to Recognize DOT Towing Rights
BE IT ENACTED BY THE STATE OF FIRESTONE CONGRESS HERE ASSEMBLED THAT:

SECTION 1: Illegally parking a vehicle shall be defined as leaving a vehicle stationary/unattended temporarily or permanently in an area that is not designated for parking.

SECTION 1A: Areas not designated for parking shall be defined as Roadways, Sidewalks, and Intersections.

SECTION 2: A car that is illegally parked (defined in Section 1) has the right to be towed by a Certified Public Employee of the Department of Transportation.

Section 2B: The Department of Transportation shall be defined as: Firestone Department of Transportation - Roblox

Section 3: The Department of Transportation has the right to tow a vehicle that is illegally parked without the need of a Law Enforcement Officer’s permission.

Section 3A: If a Law Enforcement Officer requests that the car should not be towed, the Department of Transportation must drop the vehicle and abide the the Law Enforcement Officers Request.

Section 3B: Law Enforcement Agencies shall be defined as: Firestone State Patrol, Stapleton County Sheriff’s Office, Firestone Department of Corrections, and Department of Homeland Security.

Section 4: This Bill shall immediately go into effect once it is passed by Congress.

Section 5: Once this Bill is in effect, The Department of Transportation, and all Law Enforcement Officers must enforce this bill.

Section 6: Any legislation that goes into opposition to this document shall be regarded as null and
void.
