To Reclassify the CCJ and SOTH
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the State of Firestone in Congress assembled,
§1. DEFINITIONS
The “Employment Act of 2023” shall be recognized as: Employment Act of 2023
§2. AMENDMENTS
(a) Chapter 5, Section 13(a)(iii) of the Employment Act of 2023 currently states:
”regarding a primary congressional office only, such citizen—except for the Speaker of the House—is a Senator or Representative, in which rendering their employment in such office as two (2) secondary offices instead of one (1) primary office.”
(b) Chapter 5, Section 13(a)(iii) of the Employment Act of 2023 shall be amended to state:
”regarding a primary congressional office only, such citizen is a Senator or Representative, in which rendering their employment in such office as two (2) secondary offices instead of one (1) primary office.”
(a) Chapter 5, Section 13(a)(iv) of the Employment Act of 2023 does not currently exist.
(b) Chapter 5, Section 13(a)(iv) of the Employment Act of 2023 shall be created to state:
“regarding a primary judicial office only, such citizen is a Chief Court Justice, in which rendering their employment in such office as two (2) secondary offices instead of one (1) primary office.”
§3. ENACTMENT
This Legislation shall go into effect upon the completion of the constitutionally required processes.
§4. SEVERABILITY
Should any part of this Legislation be struck down and/or declared unenforceable, then that part shall be severed with the rest remaining in full force and effect unless all is struck down and/or declared unenforceable.
