A Bill to Protect Dumpsters

BE IT ENACTED BY THE STATE OF FIRESTONE CONGRESS HERE ASSEMBLED THAT:

A BILL TO PROTECT DUMPSTERS


SECTION 1: All laws and legislation in conflict of this specific legislative piece are hereby null and void.

SECTION 2A: ‘Dumpster Dwelling’ shall be defined as: the act of actively using a dumpster as a place of inhabitation, to which can cause obstruction to the Department of Public Works if they plan on unfilling the dumpster.

SECTION 2B: A ‘Dumpster’ shall be defined as: a large trash receptacle utilized for the means of keeping matter such as garbage and rubbish temporarily until it is unfilled and eligible for re-use.

SECTION 2C: The Department of Public Works shall be defined as: Firestone Department of Public Works - Roblox

SECTION 3A: Perpetrators of ‘Dumpster Dwelling’ shall be issued a citation ranging from $65 to $180 depending on the duration of the inhabitant(s). If this causes obstruction to the Department of Public Work employees, they shall be charged with ‘Obstruction Against DPW’. This is a misdemeanor level offense.

SECTION 3B: ‘Obstruction Against DPW’ is defined in: A BILL to define "Obstruction Against DPW"

SECTION 4: This legislation shall be enforced by law enforcement agencies, this being the Firestone State Patrol, Stapleton County Sheriff’s Office, and Department of Homeland Security collectively.

SECTION 5: Upon passage of this legislation, it shall take immediate effect.
