A Bill to Prevent Full Dictatorship
BE IT ENACTED BY THE STATE OF FIRESTONE CONGRESS HERE ASSEMBLED THAT:
Section 1: Introduction
a) A Bill to Finalize Employment Regulations shall be amended.
b) A Bill to Finalize Employment Regulations shall be defined as; A Bill to Finalize Employment Regulations
Section 2: Amendments
a) Section 6 of “A Bill to Finalize Employment Regulations” shall be amended to state; Any individuals holding a position in the government of the State of Firestone or any county(s) associated with the State of Firestone defined in SECTION 6A may not hold a position in a primary department unless that department is directly affiliated with their position (i.e. Senator and Firestone State Legislature). No individual in the state of Firestone may hold more than one government position defined in section 6A. The position of speaker of the house is also considered to be part of the house of representatives however, being the speaker of the house and a house of representatives member shall not be considered as having more than one government position.
Section 3: Upon passage, this legislation shall go into effect immediately.
