A Bill to Make Improper Turns and Lane Changes Illegal
BE IT ENACTED BY THE STATE OF FIRESTONE CONGRESS HERE ASSEMBLED THAT:
SECTION 1: This legislation shall make sure that the act of conducting an improper lane change or turn is illegalized in the state of Firestone. The act of conducting an improper lane change or turn shall be considered as misdemeanors.
SECTION 2: An improper turn shall be defined as: The act of incorrectly turning onto a new road without your turn signals, or turning onto the new road in a lane that requires you to go straight instead of turning. For example: You have turned onto a new road, but you forgot to use your turn signals, thus making this an improper turn. Another example: You have turned onto a new road, but you turned onto the new road in a lane that requires you to go straight, thus making this an improper turn.
SECTION 2A: An improper lane change shall be defined as: The act of changing onto a new lane with your vehicle incorrectly, which can potentially inflict harm onto other drivers. For example: You change onto a new lane right in front of another driver that is very close to the rear of your vehicle, which means that the other driver will end up colliding into the rear of your vehicle.
SECTION 2B: Drivers who conduct either an improper lane change or turn shall receive the following:
SECTION 2B.1: First Violation: (Warning)
SECTION 2B.2: Second Violation: ($80 Citation; misdemeanor charge)
SECTION 2B.3: Third Violation: ($140 Citation; misdemeanor charge)
SECTION 2B.4: Fourth Violation: ($200 Citation; misdemeanor charge)
SECTION 2B.5: Five or more Violations: ($250 Citation; misdemeanor charge)
SECTION 3: The Firestone State Patrol, Staple ton County Sheriff’s Office, Firestone Department of Homeland Security, Firestone Department of Justice, and Firestone Courts shall enforce this legislation
SECTION 3A: Firestone State Patrol shall be defined as: Firestone State Patrol - Roblox
SECTION 3B: Staple ton County Sheriff’s Office shall be defined as: Stapleton County Sheriff's Office - Roblox
SECTION 3C: Firestone Department of Homeland Security shall be defined as: Firestone Department of Homeland Security - Roblox
SECTION 4: This legislation shall go into effect immediately upon passage
SECTION 5: All laws in conflict with this legislation are hereby declared null and void.
