A Bill to make Failure to Yield to Emergency Vehicles Illegal
BE IT ENACTED BY THE STATE OF FIRESTONE CONGRESS HERE ASSEMBLED THAT:
SECTION 1: “A Bill to Make Failure to Yield Illegal” shall be declared null and void.
SECTION 1A: “A Bill to Make Failure to Yield Illegal” shall be defined as: A Bill to Make Failure to Yield Illegal
SECTION 2: “Failure to Yield to Emergency Vehicles” shall be deemed illegal in the State of Firestone.
SECTION 2A: “Failure to Yield to Emergency Vehicles” shall be defined as: “a driver failing to safely and quickly move clear, preferably to the right, for an approaching emergency vehicle to safely pass, with its lights and/or sirens activated.
SECTION 2B: An emergency vehicle is defined as a police vehicle, ambulance or fire truck. These vehicles may have flashing Red, White, Blue, or a combination of these and/or a siren.
SECTION 3: “Failure to Yield to Emergency Vehicles” shall be deemed a infraction in the State of Firestone.
SECTION 3A: Violators of “Failure to Yield to Emergency Vehicles” on a infraction charge shall receive a verbal warning or receive a citation in game no more than two hundred and fifty dollars ($250), and no less than fifty dollars ($50) at the law enforcement officers discretion.
SECTION 4: The Firestone State Patrol, Stapleton County Sheriff’s Office, Department of Corrections, Firestone National Guard, Department of Justice, Firestone Courts, and Department of Homeland Security shall enforce this legislation.

SECTION 4C: Department of Corrections shall be defined as: Firestone Department of Corrections - Roblox
SECTION 4D: Department of Homeland Security shall be defined as: Firestone Department of Homeland Security - Roblox
SECTION 4E: Firestone National Guard shall be defined as: Firestone National Guard - Roblox
SECTION 4F: Department of Justice shall be defined as: Firestone Department of Justice - Roblox
SECTION 4G: Firestone Courts shall be defined as: Firestone Courts - Roblox
SECTION 5: This legislation shall go into effect immediately upon passage.
SECTION 6: All laws in conflict with this legislation are hereby declared null and void.
