A Bill to Make DPS Deputy Secretary Secondary
BE IT ENACTED BY THE STATE OF FIRESTONE CONGRESS HERE ASSEMBLED THAT:
SECTION 1: “A Bill for Secondary Jobs” shall be amended.
SECTION 1A: Section 2A in “A Bill for Secondary Jobs” currently states:
“All positions within the following departments, and governments excluding the exceptions
mentioned, shall be considered a ‘secondary’ job:
i. Department of Health
ii. Department of Transportation
iii. Department of Public Works
iv. Department of Aviation
v. Department of Boating and Waterways
vi. Department of Commerce
vii. Department of Corrections (except: Warden)
viii.The Stapleton County Government (except: County Executive)
ix. Any other department or position regarded as a “secondary” job as set by the
state legislature”
SECTION 1B: Section 2A in “A Bill for Secondary Jobs” shall now state:
“All positions within the following departments, and governments excluding the exceptions

iv. Department of Aviation
v. Department of Commerce

viii. Department of Public Safety (except: Secretary)
ix. Any other department or position regarded as a “secondary” job as set by the
state legislature”
SECTION 2: “A Bill for Secondary Jobs” shall be defined as: A Bill for Secondary Jobs
SECTION 3: All laws in conflict with this legislation are hereby declared null and void.
SECTION 4: This shall go into effect immediately upon passing Congress and signed by the Governor.
SECTION 5: The Governor shall enforce this legislation.
