A Bill to Make DOH a Voluntary Department
PREAMBLE: The Department of Health runs Stapleton County Medical Center. They have a staff team of doctors, nurses, technicians, and centers for disease control agents. Due to the nature of the position and the requirement for a doctor to be on to do duties at the hospital, the ranks of Registered Nurse and below should be considered a voluntary position.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE STATE OF FIRESTONE CONGRESS HERE ASSEMBLED THAT:
SECTION I: The “Employment Positions Act of 2019 (REVISED)” shall be amended.
SECTION IA: In this legislation, the “Employment Positions Act of 2019 (REVISED)” shall be defined as: Employment Positions Act of 2019 (R)
SECTION II: “SECTION 5A” shall be created under “SECTION 5” of the “Employment Positions Act of 2019 (REVISED)” and state:
“Employees in the Department of Health who hold the rank of “Trainee”, “Staff”, or “Registered Nurse” shall be considered to be holding a Voluntary Position."
SECTION IIA: The “Firestone Department of Health” shall be defined as: Firestone Department of Health - Roblox
Section III: This Bill shall immediately go into effect once it has completed the full extent of the constitutional process.
