A Bill to Make Dangerous Driving Harsher

BE IT ENACTED BY THE STATE OF FIRESTONE CONGRESS* HERE ASSEMBLED THAT:

SECTION 1: Section 2H of “A Bill to Update the Established Road Laws” shall be amended.

SECTION 2: Section 2H of “A Bill to Update the Established Road Laws” currently states: Dangerous driving shall be defined as: Disregarding the order of the roadway, or the safety and well being of others. Violators shall be receive a traffic fine that shall not be higher or lower than: (200 dollars).

SECTION 2A: Section 2H of “A Bill to Update the Established Road Laws” shall state: Dangerous driving shall be defined as: Disregarding the order of the roadway, or the safety and well being of others. On the first offense, the driver will receive a 500$ citation, and on the second offense, the driver shall be jailed for no less than 180 seconds and no more than 300 seconds.

SECTION 3: The Stapleton County’s Sheriff’s Office, the Firestone State Patrol and the Firestone Department of Homeland Security shall enforce this traffic law.

SECTION 3A: Stapleton County Sheriff’s Office shall be defined as: Stapleton County Sheriff's Office - Roblox

SECTION 3B: Firestone State Patrol shall be defined as: Firestone State Patrol - Roblox

SECTION 3C: Department of Homeland Security shall be defined as: Firestone Department of Homeland Security - Roblox

SECTION 4: This bill shall go into effect immediately upon passage.

SECTION 5: All laws in conflict with this legislation are hereby declared null and void.
