BE IT ENACTED BY THE STATE OF FIRESTONE CONGRESS HERE ASSEMBLED THAT:
A Bill to Legally Make SCFD a Secondary Department
SECTION I: The “Employment Positions Act of 2019 (REVISED)” shall be amended.
SECTION IA: In this legislation, the “Employment Positions Act of 2019 (REVISED)” shall be defined as: Employment Positions Act of 2019 (R)
SECTION II: “SECTION 4A” shall be created under “SECTION 4” of the “Employment Positions Act of 2019 (REVISED)” and state:
“Employees in the Stapleton County Fire Department Group who hold the rank of “Firefighter”, “Paramedic”, or “Candidate” shall be considered to be holding a Secondary Position. Should an employee in the Stapleton County Fire Department Group hold the rank of “Administrative Leave” but be most previously ranked “Firefighter”, “Paramedic”, or “Candidate”, they shall be considered to be holding a Secondary Position.”
SECTION IIA: The “Stapleton County Fire Department Group” shall be defined as: Stapleton County Fire Department - Roblox
SECTION III: This legislation shall go into effect immediately after following the Constitutional procedure required.
SECTION IV: This legislation shall be enforced by the Firestone Government.
