A Bill to Increase the Minimum Wage of Citizens


BE IT ENACTED BY THE STATE OF FIRESTONE CONGRESS HERE ASSEMBLED THAT:

PREAMBLE: As many Citizens in the state that cannot get a job, or make money from businesses don’t get paid enough, therefore cannot afford exotic vehicles, etc. This legislation fixes the issue and changes from Citizens making 8 per two minutes or 240 per hour to Citizens making 12 per two minutes and making 340 per hour.

SECTION 1: Title and Effective Date

A) This bill shall be known as "A Bill to Increase the Minimum Wage”.

B) This bill shall become effective immediately upon passage from both chambers of the Congress and signed by the Governor.

SECTION 2: Definitions

A) Hereinafter the “Fair Pay Act” shall be defined as; Fair Pay Act

SECTION 3: Amendments

A) Section 4A of the Fair Pay Act” currently states;

All Citizens that do not have a job or hold a position set for a wage shall receive the minimum wage of $8.

B) Section 4A of the Fair Pay Act” shall be amended to state;

All Citizens that do not have a job or hold a position set for a wage shall receive the minimum wage of $12.

C) Section 5B.I of the Fair Pay Act” currently states;

“appropriate wage” means a wage that is a minimum of $8 to a maximum of $30.

D) Section 4A of the Fair Pay Act” shall be amended to state;

“Appropriate wage” shall be a wage that is a minimum of $12 to a maximum of $30
