To Illicit Arson

BE IT ENACTED BY THE STATE OF FIRESTONE SENATE AND HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES IN CONGRESS HERE ASSEMBLED:

Sec. 1.

This bill may be cited as A Bill To Illicit Arson.

Sec. 2.

(a) “Arson” shall be considered a felony.
(b) “Arson” shall be defined as: “Deliberately and intentionally setting fire to another individual’s
possessions without consent.”

Sec. 3. This bill shall go into effect immediately upon passage of both chambers, and being
signed by the Governor.

Sec. 4. All laws in conflict with this legislation are hereby declared null and void.
