BE IT ENACTED BY THE STATE OF FIRESTONE CONGRESS HERE ASSEMBLED THAT:

SECTION 1: Title, Effective Date, and Enforcement

A) This bill shall be known as "A Bill to Nullify “A Bill To Illicit Arson””

B) This bill shall become effective immediately upon passage from both chambers of the Congress and signed by the Governor.

C) The State Legislature and the Governor of the State of Firestone shall enforce this bill.

SECTION 2: Definitions

A) “A Bill to Illicit Arson” shall be defined as; A Bill To Illicit Arson

SECTION 3: Nullifications

A) “A Bill to Illicit Arson” shall be deemed null and void.
