A Bill to further Amend “A Bill to Finalize Employment Regulations”
BE IT ENACTED BY THE STATE OF FIRESTONE CONGRESS HERE ASSEMBLED THAT:
PREAMBLE: This bill has been made to allow Department Directors of secondary/voluntary departments to be in up to one primary, two secondaries, and one voluntary department, including their own departments.
SECTION 1: “A Bill to Finalize Employment Regulations” is defined as A Bill to Finalize Employment Regulations
SECTION 2: Section 7A currently states: “Department Directors of any secondary/voluntary departments may hold a position in up to one (1) primary department, while also being able to hold a position in up to one (1) secondary/voluntary department, being only the department they direct.”
Section 3: Section 7A shall be voided and now state:
Department Directors of any secondary/voluntary departments may hold a position in up to one (1) primary department, while also being able to hold a position in up to two (2) secondary and one (1) voluntary department, including the department they direct. Department Directors shall only be allowed to direct one department and MAY NOT hold the rank of Director or Deputy Director in ANY other department. (Secretary, Deputy Secretary, etc).
SECTION 4: This legislation shall go into effect immediately after passage from both chambers of congress
