A Bill to fix the Stapleton County Government
Section I. This bill is to once and for all fix the County Government and properly get it working
once more. Due to the County Government being inactive and failing to properly do its job.
Section II. All employees working in the County Government, Shall be fired upon passage.
These employees shall be defined as the County Executive and County Council as well as any other
advisory position established by the County Executive.
Section IIA. Members of the County Council and advisory positions shall be defined as members
labeled under said trello board:
Section III. The Stapleton County Charter and all laws passed by the Stapleton County
Government shall be declared null and void as said document is now unenforceable. The County
Council, County Executive, and Governor of the State of Firestone shall jointly oversee the making of a new charter.
Section IV. The Governor, Lt. Governor, County Executive, And the County Departments are
responsible for enforcing the County Charter to its fullest extent with the County Executive being Chief Enforcer.
Section V. The Stapleton County Government shall have official power over the Stapleton County
Fire Department and the Stapleton County Sheriff’s Office without question.
Section VI. The Stapleton County Government shall have the authority to make bills and have
them enforced by the Stapleton County Sheriff Office or Stapleton County Fire Department.
Section VII. The Governor of the State of Firestone will be required to host elections for the
position of County Executive in the case of the office being vacant. The Governor shall have a minimum of five(5) days until they are legally required to host elections;
Section VIII. The Stapleton County Government must retain a sufficient and active government.
Which shall be defined as ‘Putting out a minimum of five bills within the period of one month,’
Section IX. The Stapleton County Government shall have the full authority to Suspend and or terminate the heads of the Stapleton County Sheriff Office or Stapleton County Fire Department and open investigations into the departments without question. The Stapleton County Sheriff Office or Stapleton County Fire Department shall fully be in the control and jurisdiction of the Stapleton County Government.
Section X. All Laws in conflict with this legislation are hereby declared null and void.
Section XI. This bill shall become law when passed by both chambers of congress and signed
by the Governor.
Section XI. This Bill shall be enforced by the Governor of the State of Firestone and Founder
