Be it enacted by the Senate and the House of Representatives of the State of Firestone in Congress assembled,

§1. Title
(a) This act shall be known, and may be cited as, the “A Bill to Fix an Error in The Uniformed Control of Firearms Act

§2. Enactment
(a) This Bill shall go into effect as an Act of Congress upon completing the processes constitutionally required.

§3. Severability
(a) Should any part of this Act be struck down and/or declared unenforceable, then that part shall be severed with the rest remaining in full force and effect unless all is struck down and/or declared unenforceable.

§4. Enforcement
(a) This Act shall be enforced by any relevant parties.

§5. Definitions
(a) “The Uniformed Control of Firearms Act” shall be defined as this

§6. Changes
(a) Chapter One, Section 13 of The Uniformed Control of Firearms Act currently states: “Defense of another shall be the act of employing force reasonable to the average person to stop or react to the harm of another individual not in the commision of a crime a crime. Deadly force may only be employed in self defense to respond to a threat of serious bodily injury or death.”

(b) Chapter One, Section 13 of The Uniformed Control of Firearms Act shall now state: “Defense of another shall be the act of employing force reasonable to the average person to stop or react to the harm of another individual not in the commission of a crime. Deadly force may only be employed in self defense to respond to a threat of serious bodily injury or death.”
