A Bill to Extend Forgery and Impersonation
BE IT ENACTED BY THE STATE OF FIRESTONE CONGRESS HERE ASSEMBLED THAT:
SECTION 1. Any act of creating and/or distributing material under the name of an organization which the individual does not belong to or does not have the legal authority to represent in said material with the intent of spreading potentially harmful falsehoods shall be declared an illegal act known as “Forgery.”
SECTION 2. “Forgery” shall be considered a felony and may be separated into two degrees.
SECTION 2[a]. “1st Degree Forgery” shall be a felony charge defined as any act of Forgery (as defined in Section 1 of this legislation) which may attempt to spread false information that could be detrimental to state security, which might invoke hostility from foreign entities, and/or which might lead to a revolution. 1st Degree Forgery may be punished by no more than twenty-four (24) hours under custody of the Department of Corrections.
SECTION 2[b]. “2nd Degree Forgery” shall be a felony charge defined as any act of Forgery (as defined in Section 1 of this legislation) which does NOT attempt to spread false information that could be detrimental to state security, which might invoke hostility from foreign entities, and/or which might lead to a revolution. 2nd Degree Forgery may be punished by no more than one (1) hour under custody of the Department of Corrections.
SECTION 3. The Firestone Courts shall be responsible for enforcing this legislation.
