BE IT ENACTED BY THE STATE OF FIRESTONE CONGRESS HERE ASSEMBLED THAT:

SECTION 1: “A Bill to Redefine Academies” shall be amended.

SECTION 1A: “A Bill to Redefine Academies” shall be defined as A Bill to Redefine Academies.

SECTION 2: Section 1.(c) shall be created and state: “Firestone Fire Academy”, otherwise regarded as FFA, shall be recognized as an official academy of Firestone, found here:
Firestone Fire Academy - Roblox . The Firestone Fire Academy shall be tasked with the certification of Firefighters and emergency medical technicians within the State of Firestone and will have power over their issued certifications. All firefighter and emergency medical technician certifications which are currently considered to be under the Stapleton County Fire Department or any of its entities will be transferred to the jurisdiction of the Firestone Fire Academy. The Stapleton County Fire Department shall be defined as Stapleton County Fire Department - Roblox .

SECTION 3: Section 3.(c) shall be created and state: The Firestone Fire Academy shall be managed by a Director, nominated by the Governor and confirmed of (with a simple majority) by the Senate. The FFA Director is a member of the Cabinet. The position of FFA Director shall be considered a “volunteer” job. The position of “Deputy Director” shall be a Deputy Department Head making it volunteer as well. The FFA Deputy Director shall be a part of the sub-cabinet. The Governor shall retain the right to dismiss the FFA Director and FFA Deputy Director(s) with a reason plausible.

SECTION 4: This legislation shall go into effect immediately upon passage of both congressional chambers and the signature of the governor.
