A Bill to Establish Bike Regulations

BE IT ENACTED BY THE STATE OF FIRESTONE CONGRESS HERE ASSEMBLED THAT,

SECTION 1. All citizens of the State of Firestone who operate a Bicycle or a Transportation must abide by this legislation.

SECTION 2A. All citizens operating a Bicycle must remain on the right side of the road.

SECTION 2B. All citizens operating a Bicycle must remain on the complete-right side of the road. Exceptions to this include, but not limited to: When turning left, when turning a U-Turn, etc.

SECTION 2C. All citizens operating a Bicycle must follow road laws, when applicable.

SECTION 2D. All citizens operating a Bicycle must yield to pedestrians.

SECTION 2E. All citizens operating a motor vehicle must yield to Bicycles.

SECTION 2F. All players operating a motor vehicle or a Bicycle must share the road.

SECTION 2G. Any consequence against a citizen operating a Bicycle must be the same consequence given when operating a vehicle.

SECTION 2H. All citizens operating a Bicycle without any sort of lights at the front and at the back of the bicycle may not operate during the night.

SECTION 2I. All citizens operating a Bicycle may not operate on a Highway or Highway Ramp.

SECTION 3: The Department of Transportation, Department of Public Safety, Department of Public Works, Firestone Courts, Stapleton County Sheriff’s Office, and the Firestone State Patrol will oversee the enforcement of this legislation.

SECTION 3A: The Stapleton County Sheriff’s Office shall not enforce this legislation that are out of their jurisdiction.

SECTION 3B: The Firestone State Patrol shall not enforce this legislation that are out of their jurisdiction.

SECTION 4: This legislation will go into effect immediately upon passage.

SECTION 5: All laws in conflict with this legislation are hereby declared null and void.
